Satisfaction Guarantee: Attend the seminar. If you don’t think it’s everything we promised, at the end of the second day, simply turn in your materials to the registrar before leaving the event, and we will give you a full refund.

Transfer and Cancellation Agreement: Admission price is non-refundable prior to the seminar date. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee or transfer to another seminar. Thirty (30) days advance notice is required for a substitution or transfer and is valid for one year from the original seminar date. Only one substitution or transfer is allowed. All transfers made within thirty (30) days or less of an event will be subject to a $200 fee to cover administrative costs and fees associated with the change. Failure to attend the seminar without prior written notice will invalidate the ticket. We will then convert your payment to a non-refundable credit that may be applied to any of Hobbs/Herder products or future seminars for up to one full year from the original seminar date. If for reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to, death, sickness, inclement weather, flight cancellations, or acts of God, Hobbs/Herder is unable to conduct this seminar, we will transfer your ticket to a make-up seminar to be held in the general vicinity of the original seminar within 90 days of that date.
